MAMG is a specialist PFI asset manager. We are the Fund and Asset Manager of the Investors in the Community Fund and the Asset Manager of the Norwich Union Public Private Partnership Fund.
Projects under management encompass 25 schools, 13 health facilities, 3 libraries and 3 local authority offices. Six projects in the course of construction comprise Street Lighting projects, a mental health facility in Northampton and a social housing project in Manchester.
MAMG also offers a range of consultancy services to public and private sector participants in the PFI market.
