The highly successful Mulberry School for Girls was re-developed under PFI by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in 2002.

The existing buildings contained five blocks of accommodation.  Two blocks were demolished and re-built with larger extended accommodation, with a new external sports area.  The remaining blocks received a comprehensive refurbishment.  The new school has a floor area of over 15,000 m2.

The team were involved in the original technical due diligence for the lender and through the construction phase. Since the team moved to MAMG Consultancy they have continued supporting the lender, regularly assessing the performance of the buildings and the facilities management services, considering the risk profile of the project.
